Vendor Policy
Vendor Eligibility
Vendors must provide accurate business documentation, maintain authentic inventory, and comply with all applicable laws and M-Fits standards.
Product Listing Standards
All items must be accurately described, hygienic, authentic, and available as listed. Counterfeit or unsafe items are strictly prohibited.
Bookings & Fulfillment
Vendors must respond promptly to bookings, prepare items as agreed, meet delivery or pickup timelines, and maintain real-time availability.
Payments & Settlements
All payments are processed through M-Fits. Vendor earnings are settled after successful completion of transactions, less applicable fees.
Failed Transactions
Where a confirmed booking fails without vendor fault, M-Fits may compensate vendors for verified preparation or reservation losses, subject to platform review and discretion.
Vendor Conduct
Vendors must not bypass the platform, solicit direct payments, misrepresent products, or engage in harassment or discrimination.
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, penalties, suspension, or termination.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued where a vendor fails to deliver, a product is misrepresented, or a justified cancellation is approved.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds do not apply to customer errors, misuse, late returns, or violations of platform policies.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through original payment channels within the timelines communicated by M-Fits.
Finality
All refund decisions made in accordance with this policy are final for platform transactions.
